My Joie Stroller’s Front Attachment Broke After 18 Months — No Customer Support


I purchased a Joie travel system stroller from Ebebek in April 2024. It’s been only a year and a half, and the front connecting plastic piece broke. I understand that the tray attachment itself is replaceable, but the plastic part where it connects completely snapped off.
Now that I’m expecting my second baby, I can’t even mount the car seat on top of the stroller in this condition. I specifically chose this stroller — priced at ₺9,500 — because I wanted a durable, high-quality product that could be used for more than one child. Unfortunately, it’s extremely disappointing to see it break so soon, especially for such an expensive item.
What’s worse is that there’s no one to contact or get help from. The customer support process is practically nonexistent. I just need to know where I can find this broken part — or am I supposed to throw away both the stroller and the car seat after spending so much money?
I expect Joie and Ebebek to provide the missing replacement part or offer a repair or exchange solution as soon as possible.
