On November 15, 2023, I purchased a Joie Mirus Double-Facing Baby Stroller from the Pazarama E-Bebek online store. The front plastic bar that the baby holds onto went missing, and I’ve been trying to get a replacement part ever since.

First, I contacted customer service via WhatsApp, where I was told that I could request spare parts from any E-Bebek store. However, when I visited the Yeni Sahra Optimum branch, they informed me that only the Bostancı headquarters store could handle such requests. I went there, and an employee simply took a note on WhatsApp without even asking for my stroller’s brand or model. She said someone would contact me soon — but it’s been 20 days, and I still haven’t received any response.

I also tried reaching out to Joie directly, but they were not helpful either. I’m extremely disappointed with both E-Bebek’s and Joie’s lack of customer service and follow-up.

For anyone considering buying a Joie stroller, please be aware that after-sales support and spare part requests are handled poorly, and you may have to deal with long delays and no communication. I expect a clear response and help in obtaining the missing part for my stroller as soon as possible.
