On August 12, 2025, I purchased a Joie Turist stroller from the Ebebek store located in Erzurum Forum AVM. The product did not meet our expectations, so we decided to return it. However, when we went to the store, we were told that returns are only accepted within 7 days and that our request could not be processed since the time period had passed.
During the purchase, the sales staff verbally informed us that we could exchange the product within one year at any Ebebek store. Unfortunately, there was no written statement or indication of this policy on the receipt or any other document provided at the time of purchase.
We paid by credit card, and the stroller is still unused and in our possession. Before visiting the store, I contacted Ebebek’s customer service hotline, explained that the product was purchased two weeks ago, and was told that a return would be accepted. However, once we arrived at the store, the staff refused to process the return, leaving us completely misled and disappointed.
I am requesting that Ebebek honor their initial verbal commitment, accept the return of the Joie Turist stroller, and resolve this issue promptly to prevent further inconvenience to customers.
