Jobseeker Subscription Refund Complaint

I would like to request a refund from Jobseeker. I have not used any of the features and do not plan to use them. The subscription was automatically renewed without my knowledge, and I was charged unexpectedly. I kindly ask for a refund, as I have no intention of continuing to use this application. This statement serves as my official refund request, and I have already provided the necessary details for processing.
