Unfair Subscription From CV Wizard

I am writing to report an unexpected charge related to my CVwizard CV subscription. On 26/12/2025, I noticed a charge of $19.99 on my account, although I did not intend to continue with a paid subscription or was not clearly informed about this payment. I started the subscription directly via the CVwizard website. When I realized the unexpected charge, I tried to cancel and contacted CVwizard customer service, but the support I received did not resolve the issue and the charge was not satisfactorily explained or refunded. I also have a customer/order/reference number related to this transaction, which I can provide if needed. I request that the $19.99 charged to my account be refunded and that my subscription be fully cancelled so that no further payments are taken from my account.
