Jo Malone Failed Me With Same Day Delivery Promise for My Birthday Gift

On Jo Malone website, it was clearly stated that same-day delivery was available. Relying on this promise, I placed an order as a birthday gift for a friend. To ensure there would be no issues, I contacted your customer service a few hours later. I was reassured that my order was being prepared and would be delivered by 22:00 the same evening. Unfortunately, the order never arrived. By the time I realized this, all stores were closed, and I was left without a gift to bring to the birthday celebration. This situation was not only highly disappointing but also personally embarrassing. The problem was caused by both misleading written information on your official website and the verbal confirmation I received from your customer service team. As a result, my trust in your brand and your online services has been severely damaged. I kindly request a full explanation for this failure and an appropriate form of compensation. Please also ensure that corrective measures are taken so that other customers do not experience the same inconvenience. Should this issue remain unresolved, I am prepared to escalate my complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
