This situation was not only highly disappointing but also personally embarrassing. The problem was caused by both misleading written information on your official website and the verbal confirmation I received from your customer service team. As a result, my trust in your brand and your online services has been severely damaged. I kindly request a full explanation for this failure and an appropriate form of compensation. Please also ensure that corrective measures are taken so that other customers do not experience the same inconvenience.
