I Face Misleading Campaign Issue With Yves Saint Laurent Libre Perfume Order

I ordered the Libre perfume from Yves Saint Laurent, partly because their website clearly stated that orders over ₺4,000 would include a complimentary summer set. One of my main reasons for making this purchase was to benefit from this promotion.

However, after placing my order, I contacted the seller and was told that “the campaign has ended.” I pointed out that the promotion was still being advertised on their website, yet their response changed multiple times. First, they insisted the campaign had ended the previous evening. When I pressed further, they then claimed “the gift stocks had run out.”

If the campaign really ended yesterday, why was it still being advertised on their website this morning? Continuing to display a promotion that is no longer valid is misleading to customers. I even took a screenshot to prove that I placed my order while the campaign was still active.

I demand a fair resolution to this issue and request that Yves Saint Laurent honor the promotion as advertised when I placed my order. Customers should not be misled with contradictory explanations after completing their purchases.
