On October 10, 2024, I purchased three units of Old Spice Clear Gel Stick Captain 70ml with the understanding that I could pick them up in-store. However, when I arrived at the store, I was told that the items were out of stock, despite having already paid for them.
This is completely unacceptable. A product that’s sold and paid for should not mysteriously become unavailable upon pickup. I’ve been left without my purchase, and no clear solution was offered at the store. I expect the products to be shipped directly to our company’s address without further delay.
The invoice for the purchase has been attached to my communication. I request prompt action to ensure the delivery of my items or a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled. I hope this is resolved quickly, as such disorganization reflects poorly on the brand and store involved.
