On January 8, 2025, I requested a $25 (₺) withdrawal from my Tango account through a provider using Airwallex. It’s now been 12 days, and the money still hasn’t arrived in my bank account. On Tango, the transaction shows as “transferred to your account,” but my IBAN shows no trace of the payment.
I’ve waited patiently, thinking maybe it just needed more time, but this delay is unacceptable. Even worse, there’s no one I can actually talk to at Airwallex—no proper customer support, no contact point, no updates. I’m left completely in the dark about where my money is.
Airwallex, I’m asking you to urgently resolve this issue. I want my ₺25 transferred to my account immediately. This is not the kind of experience users should have with a financial platform.
