Hello, I made an international transfer using Paysend on June 27, 2024, at 15:17 from Germany to Turkey. The amount was 220€, and I sent it to the recipient’s Denizbank account. However, despite the payment being processed on my end, the funds have still not arrived in the recipient’s account.

The transaction number is 12090372600. I have been waiting since the transfer date, but there has been no progress and no communication from Paysend regarding the delay. This situation has left me in a very difficult position, as I trusted Paysend to deliver funds quickly and securely.

I request that Paysend immediately investigate this transaction, locate the missing 220€, and ensure that it is either deposited into the recipient’s Denizbank account or refunded back to me without further delay.

As a customer, I should not have to chase down my own money or remain in uncertainty for this long. I expect a prompt resolution and an explanation of why the transfer was not completed.
