I purchased 1,400 Jetons for 750₺, but the balance never appeared in my Jeton Wallet account. The payment was processed, yet my money is gone and the Jetons were never credited. This is unacceptable and feels like I’ve been left with no service after paying.
What makes the situation worse is that there’s no proper support. Nobody is helping, and I don’t even know who to escalate this issue to. At this point, I feel like I can’t trust the platform anymore. As a customer, I deserve a clear explanation and a fast resolution.
I urgently need my missing Jetons to be added to my account, or for the 750₺ I paid to be refunded immediately. Who is going to take responsibility for this? I expect Jeton Wallet to step in without further delay and resolve this issue.
