My Jeton Wallet balance suddenly turned negative, and now I can no longer make deposits using my credit card. This situation is completely unacceptable. I’ve reached out for support, but no one has provided a clear solution or even proper guidance on what steps to take.

What makes this even more concerning is that I am not alone—there are hundreds of other users experiencing the same issue, and yet Jeton seems to be ignoring it. As customers, we should not have to beg for help while our balances remain stuck in the negative.

My username is @golden_power2312, and I demand that this issue be investigated and resolved immediately. Jeton Wallet must take responsibility and fix these errors instead of leaving customers stranded. We need clear answers and urgent action, not silence.
