I Face Missing 550 Tokens in E-Football After Payment Was Deducted
I purchased 550 tokens in E-Football, but the tokens were never credited to my account even though the payment was successfully deducted from my balance.
I tried to reach out for support, but I couldn’t get help from any official channel. This is extremely frustrating—players spend real money, and yet the items we purchase simply don’t arrive.
It feels unfair to think that for a relatively small purchase, we would have to consider taking legal action just to get what we already paid for. This should not be the customer’s burden.
I am requesting that my 550 tokens be delivered immediately or that I receive a full refund. E-Football must resolve this issue quickly to avoid further frustration for its players.
