I Ordered a Toy Bear and Still Haven’t Received Shipping Info

I ordered a Toy Bear and expected at least a basic level of communication regarding the shipping process. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any tracking number, shipping confirmation, or even a simple update. At this point, I don’t even know if my order has been processed, let alone shipped. Based on the timeline, it should’ve already been in transit, but there’s been complete silence.
What’s worse is that when I tried to get in touch with the seller or the shipping company, there was no response. No email replies, no customer service support—absolutely nothing. After checking reviews from past customers, it’s clear that this is a recurring issue and not just a one-time oversight.
This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. I expect a full update immediately, including tracking information and a firm delivery date. If I don’t receive clear answers soon, I’ll be forced to take further steps. Please fix this issue before it affects more buyers.
