I Ordered Toy Bear on October 10, No Response, No Shipping

I ordered a Toy Bear as a gift for my girlfriend on October 10, but I haven’t received it, and now I can't even contact anyone from the store! They are completely unresponsive—WhatsApp messages are ignored, calls go unanswered, and there's absolutely no way to reach customer service. My order hasn’t been shipped yet, and nobody is giving any updates. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating, especially since it was meant as a special gift. How can a business just vanish after taking payment? Toy Bear needs to urgently address this and respond immediately. If someone finally reaches out to me, I'll update my review here. Either ship my order or refund my money (₺)—resolve this now!
