I ordered a Toy Bear, but it never arrived, and now I'm left completely stranded without my item or a refund. Customer service is nonexistent; every attempt to communicate has failed. Their listed phone number says "temporarily out of service," WhatsApp messages go unread, and the website is totally unresponsive. Initially, at least messages were getting delivered, but now nothing even goes through! I'm extremely frustrated with their absolute lack of support or accountability. They advertise a great page, but the reality is terrible service and zero customer care. Toy Bear needs to immediately resolve this by either sending my item or refunding my ₺ payment without delay. Ignoring customers isn't acceptable—respond and fix this issue now!
