I Didn't Receive My Toy Bear Order for 10 Days—Seller Unresponsive
I placed an order for a Toy Bear, and it’s been 10 whole days—still nothing has arrived! I've tried repeatedly to contact the seller, but they are completely ignoring my messages. Their Instagram page is now closed, and they've even removed all products from their website, making it impossible to reach them. No responses via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email—total silence! This is unacceptable and incredibly disrespectful to customers. Do they think vanishing online means they're free from responsibilities? If I don’t hear back today, I'm definitely filing an official complaint. I expect immediate action: either deliver my Toy Bear immediately or refund my money in full (₺). The seller must resolve this issue now!
