My Jeep Renegade has experienced repeated sunroof problems, and the latest issue has been a complete ordeal. After contacting the Customer Care Center, I was told the technician at Küçükyalı service was on vacation for two weeks, and the earliest appointment at Zincirlikuyu service was a week away.
When I took my car to Zincirlikuyu, no replacement vehicle was arranged despite past assurances. Later, I was informed that the sunroof mechanism was broken and that the repair would cost ₺5,500. I explained that this was the same issue for which I brought the car in April. However, I was told the replaced part’s two-year warranty had expired.
The lack of customer care is astonishing. I repeatedly called for updates on my car’s status and the replacement vehicle, but no one responded. This ongoing issue leaves me questioning my choice of brand. A car sunroof is not a toy—it shouldn’t repeatedly break.
I requested Jeep to address this issue by replacing my vehicle to prevent future inconvenience for me or any other buyer. So far, I’ve received no response. Despite all the advertising for new car campaigns, it’s clear customer satisfaction is not a priority for Jeep. I am deeply dissatisfied and demand immediate resolution.
