I experienced the well-known screen blackout issue—considered a chronic problem in this model—with my 2020 Jeep Renegade Limited. Just two months after purchasing the vehicle, the infotainment screen first began to dim and then became completely unusable. The problem has continued ever since, and the screen is now entirely nonfunctional.

Because my warranty has expired, I could not take the vehicle to an authorized service center. During my research, I learned that replacing the screen costs around $1,140–$1,368, which is an extremely high amount for such a common and known defect.

I purchased my vehicle in Ankara; the license plate number is 0** AE 1684. I am requesting free repair support from Jeep for this chronic issue. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
