Jeep Compass Engine & Transmission Issues for Months

For the past several months—since August—I have been experiencing ongoing engine and transmission issues with my 11-month-old Jeep Compass. Although I have reported the problem to the service center multiple times and they have attempted to resolve it, the issue has never been fixed. During this period, my vehicle has also lost significant value, and my inconvenience continues.
My car, license plate **4 GRK 415, is still under warranty. Because of this recurring defect, I have suffered both financially and emotionally. I also contacted Jeep customer service, but I was not offered a satisfactory solution. As a result, I have had to begin legal proceedings.
I am requesting either a replacement vehicle or a full refund, and I ask that my situation be resolved as soon as possible.
