Özgür Oto Denizli BMW Authorized Service Mediocre Treatment
I took my 2023 BMW 520i M Package to Özgür Oto Denizli for its 30,000 km maintenance. Using the key reader, they quoted the service cost as ₺13,000. The receptionist and service manager, Mr. M******, confirmed this price after an initial inspection. Thirty minutes later, they sent a photo and claimed the air filter needed replacing, charging an extra ₺2675. The air filter should be a standard replacement in every maintenance. This situation is truly absurd. Due to the attitude of Özgür Oto's authorized service, I will never purchase a BMW vehicle again. Furthermore, I can't understand how a reputable brand like BMW could authorize such a subpar and malicious firm.
