I purchased JBL Tune Flex headphones from MediaMarkt on February 12, 2024, and I have been experiencing a charging issue with the left earbud for quite some time. At first, the left earbud would charge but drain very quickly; for the past six months, it has stopped charging entirely and is now unusable.

I have not yet taken the device to MediaMarkt or an authorized JBL service center, but I believe the product is still under warranty. Experiencing such a failure in such a short period of time has caused significant inconvenience. I expected a longer-lasting and more reliable product from a brand like JBL, but since only one earbud works, I cannot use the headphones efficiently.

I am requesting that the product be inspected and that the defective earbud—or, if necessary, the entire set—be repaired or replaced if possible. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
