I Can’t Connect My JBL Charge Essential 2 – Flashing White Light

I’ve been trying to connect my JBL Charge Essential 2 speaker, but it just won’t work. The white light on the speaker keeps flashing repeatedly, and no matter what I try, it doesn't respond. I've attempted all the usual methods—turning it on and off, holding the Bluetooth button, even resetting it—but nothing has worked. The speaker doesn't even show up in my phone’s Bluetooth list, which means I can’t pair it at all.

This is extremely frustrating, especially for a brand like JBL that's supposed to be reliable. I purchased this product expecting high-quality performance, but right now it’s just sitting useless. I need an urgent solution. Please tell me what steps to take or initiate a replacement process if this is a hardware issue. I would really appreciate a prompt and helpful response.
