I bought JBL T560bt headphones from Teknosa on October 16, 2021. After just one month, they started turning off even when fully charged. They stopped working completely in the end. I called Teknosa to get my headphones fixed because the insurance was still valid, but they told me they could only give me a refund. I bought the headphones for 270TL, but now they cost 1400TL. This means I'm out a lot of money. I'm surprised by Teknosa's lack of customer service, and I didn't expect a good company like JBL to be so careless. I'm hoping there will be a way to solve this problem.
