James Donkey 720 Headphones - Faulty Controls and Poor Quality!
Got these James Donkey 720 headphones like a month ago, and after that, I kind of used them like normal, but the headphone controls started acting up. Now, when I put the phone on vibrate, it'll also mute it, and when I mute it, it'll vibrate. Also, the mic button doesn't turn off the mic like it's supposed to. Ugh, the buttons are all mixed up and it's super annoying to deal with. Also, the light that's supposed to turn on when I press the microphone button doesn't light up at all. Wow, this is definitely not up to par. Someone didn't do a great job with quality control and craftsmanship. I spent a bunch of cash on this thing and it crapped out on me in less than a month. Total rip-off. I tried hitting up customer service, but they didn't bother getting back to me. I wouldn't suggest James Donkey headphones to anyone, tbh. don't even bother with this product!
