Jaguar F-Pace Engine Failed Within 50 km—Ongoing Issues and Poor Service

I purchased a Jaguar F-Pace, and the engine failed within the first 50 km. Although the service center claimed to have fixed it, the vehicle experienced two more breakdowns over time. It has already spent a total of two months in the service center for repairs.

Now, I am afraid to use the car for long trips or nighttime travel, worried that it might break down again. I only use it within the city to avoid being stranded. The service team’s responses are even more frustrating, with excuses like “Diesel cars have frequent issues” or “There’s a long waiting list for replacement vehicles.”

It’s unacceptable for a luxury vehicle in this price range to have so many problems. I expect Jaguar to take responsibility, ensure a permanent solution, and provide better support for customers who invest so much in their vehicles.
