Jack Wolfskin Spirit Low Shoes Worn Out After 1.5 Months – Poor Durability
I purchased a pair of Jack Wolfskin Spirit Low Men’s Outdoor Shoes from The Moose Bay website on December 26, 2023, under order number TMB9973. I’ve only been using them for 1.5 months, primarily for daily walking, expecting them to be more durable than regular shoes since they are designed for outdoor use. However, despite not using them in harsh conditions, I’ve noticed significant wear and tear.
The fabric on the inner right heel has torn, exposing hard plastic that presses against my heel, causing injury.
The same issue has occurred on the left shoe, with fabric tearing and hard plastic causing discomfort.
There is also a tear on the inner fabric of the left shoe.
Additionally, the left shoe's lace has snapped.
I sent the shoes back to the store, who issued the receipt, for inspection. After over a month, the shoes were returned without any explanation or information. When I called the company, they said the distributor's report should have been in the package, and I was told to contact them directly. I paid ₺2,159 for these shoes, which are now unwearable. I am extremely disappointed with both the Jack Wolfskin brand and The Moose Bay website. I feel like my money has been wasted, and I regret choosing this brand and store. I request that this issue be resolved and my losses compensated.
