I purchased a pair of Asics Gel-Terrain sneakers on November 22, 2024, and I’m extremely disappointed with their durability. Despite using them only for casual, everyday wear—no intense sports, no rough terrain—they started to tear in multiple places within just a few months.
The inner linings came apart, the fabric has frayed and thinned out, and the shoe now looks worn out far beyond what’s reasonable for the time and usage. I didn’t mistreat them or expose them to harsh conditions. This kind of wear and tear in such a short time points to a clear quality issue.
For a product in this premium price range, I expected much more in terms of durability and build quality. I specifically chose Asics for its reputation, but now I feel let down by what seems to be a cheaply made product marketed as high-end.
Asics, I’m requesting a full inspection and a resolution—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund. You should stand by your brand’s promise of quality. Please address this issue promptly.
