Jack & Jones Leather Slides Bleed Dye onto Customer's Feet Every Wear
On July 20, I purchased a pair of Jack & Jones leather slides from the In Street store at Ümraniye Meydan Mall. Ever since I started wearing them, the slides have been constantly bleeding dye onto my feet, and this issue is still ongoing.
I brought the product back to the store for inspection. The employees took photos, claimed they were submitting them for evaluation, and later sent me a text message stating that there was no defect with the item. Despite this, my feet get stained every time I wear them. At the time of purchase, the store associate had told me that I could bring the product back within two years and that action would be taken if there was a manufacturing defect.
I do not believe that slides which constantly leak dye are normal or defect-free. Therefore, I demand a full refund for these Jack & Jones slides under defective product regulations.
