Mango Trousers Fading And Becoming Loose

Around February 14, I purchased two pairs of jeans from the Mango store located in Konya Kent Plaza Mall. Shortly after, I experienced serious issues with both items. One pair showed significant color fading, while the other became excessively loose and developed knee sagging after just the first wear. The jeans were never washed, and I even noticed that the fabric released dye when simply wiped with a wet wipe, clearly indicating a major quality defect.

After encountering these problems, I returned to the store and submitted the products for inspection. However, the company responded negatively and refused to acknowledge any fault. Despite what appears to be an obvious manufacturing defect, my claim was rejected, which I find both surprising and disappointing.

I request a full refund for both pairs of jeans and expect Mango to take responsibility for these defective products. I also expect my complaint to be taken seriously and resolved promptly to address the inconvenience I have experienced.
