My Nine West Herpan2 5FX Sandals Turn My Feet Black
In April, I purchased a pair of black Nine West Herpan2 5FX sandals from the Nine West store at Korupark in Bursa. Because I am pregnant and expected my feet to swell, I chose one size larger. I have been actively wearing them for approximately one month. However, every time I wear the sandals, the bottoms of my feet turn completely black, and the straps also leave stains on my skin.
Because of this problem, I contacted the store and submitted photos of both my feet and the sandals for inspection. Although I was told that the product had been examined, my claim was rejected, and the issue was classified as customer misuse. I genuinely do not understand how a sandal releasing this much dye and staining bare feet during normal use can be considered the customer’s fault.
The sandals visibly bleed dye onto my feet, so I can no longer use them. I am requesting that Nine West reassess my case, approve a refund or replacement, and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
