Unable to Replace Single Jabra 7 Pro Earbud Despite Willingness to Pay

One of my Jabra 7 Pro earbuds broke, so I contacted the service provider (Despec) to request purchasing a replacement for just the broken earbud. Surprisingly, they informed me that such an option is not available. It’s baffling that Jabra cannot accommodate this, especially since other brands like Apple offer similar services.
The service team was unresponsive and unhelpful throughout the process, and I have been unable to find a proper point of contact at Jabra to resolve my issue. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I expect Jabra to provide a solution for replacing my single earbud or explain why this seemingly basic request cannot be fulfilled.
