Jabra Elite 3 Active Not Replaced Despite Faulty Report

My Jabra Elite 3 Active earbuds were deemed defective by the service team, yet no replacement was provided. I was informed that this model is out of stock, but they offered to replace it with a lower model, which is unacceptable.
I purchased this product with a two-year warranty expecting support and availability for replacement if needed. How can an older model be available, but not the new one? I request that Jabra honors the warranty by providing a replacement of the same model or an equivalent alternative, not a downgrade.
