Jabra Elite 4 Active Left Earbud Stopped Working After 5 Months
I purchased the Jabra Elite 4 Active from Hepsiburada in April, and the product initially arrived in perfect condition. For five months, it worked flawlessly—until one day, I woke up to find the left earbud completely nonfunctional. It hadn’t suffered any damage, yet there is now no sound at all, despite the button and light working.
I’ve tried every software-based troubleshooting method, but nothing has resolved the issue. I’ve never encountered a product with such a short lifespan. To make matters worse, there’s no clear way to contact support for assistance. After researching online, I discovered this is a common issue across Jabra products, indicating a recurring design flaw. I deeply regret choosing Jabra and am extremely disappointed. I plan to escalate this complaint to every possible platform until this issue is resolved.
