Jabra Elite 4 Active Right Earbud Not Working

On March 10, 2024, I purchased a Jabra Elite 4 Active In-Ear Bluetooth headset from Amazon. For the past 1–2 months, the right earbud has been experiencing constant static and intermittent sound cutouts. I have never dropped or damaged the product, so I don’t understand why this issue suddenly started.
To troubleshoot the problem, I reset the earbuds and tested them on different devices, but the issue persists. I still have the invoice and warranty document for the product. I have not yet contacted Jabra or Amazon customer service, and I have not received any support regarding this issue.
I am requesting that the product be repaired or replaced with a new one. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible. My order number is 171-6506093-9053969.
