Jabra Elite 8 Active Left Earbud Not Working — No Response from Customer Support

I’ve been experiencing a sound issue with the left side of my Jabra Elite 8 Active earbuds for about two months. Although the product is still under warranty, I’ve tried every possible way to reach technical support—phone, website, and email—but I haven’t been able to get any response. I purchased the product through Amazon, and my invoice number is 3002024015655558.

I can’t use the device at the moment because the left earbud is completely malfunctioning. This issue keeps occurring, and it has become a significant inconvenience for me. Since the product is still under warranty, I’m requesting a repair or replacement. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
