Jabra Elite 5 Left Bud Connection Problem

I have been using my Jabra Elite 5 headset for nearly two years. Over the past month, the left earbud has stopped producing sound from the connected device. I have tried resetting the headset, but it did not resolve the issue. I kindly request technical support from Jabra to address this problem, or assistance with repairing or replacing the product under the warranty terms.
