Formal Request for Financial Documents Text: I am a client of IQ Option, and I have submitted multiple formal requests to obtain essential documents related to my account and financial transactions. However, the company has been deliberately ignoring me for an entire month, refusing to provide the requested information without any valid legal or professional justification. Details of My Unanswered Requests: A copy of the contract between me and IQ Option, duly certified and authenticated. A detailed account statement of all financial transactions processed through Papara, including transaction dates, received and sent amounts. A full account statement of all financial transactions conducted via Bitcoin, with details of the wallets used. An official clarification regarding the company's current licenses and the regulatory authorities overseeing its operations, specifying the institution I can escalate disputes to. A copy of recorded calls between me and IQ Option, as per my legal rights to retain evidence. Despite nearly a month passing, IQ Option has failed to provide a clear response, continuously repeating the same answers without taking any real action. The complaints department has not even provided me with a complaint reference number, request number, or a timeframe for resolving the issue, which proves bad faith and complete negligence toward customer rights. This is completely unacceptable and constitutes a blatant violation of consumer rights, raising serious doubts about the transparency and credibility of the company. If this deliberate neglect continues, I will escalate this matter to the highest possible level through legal channels and regulatory bodies, while also publicly exposing this experience to warn other customers. I demand an immediate official response addressing all my requests. If this issue remains unresolved, I will consider it as proof of IQ Option's intention to evade responsibility, warranting further legal and regulatory actions. Awaiting an urgent response.

I am writing to you after more than 55 days have passed since I submitted several official requests, and I have not received any response or updates from your side. Through this letter, I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly.
The requests that have not been responded to are as follows:
1 - As part of the initiation of legal proceedings - this is a formal request to obtain a detailed statement of financial transactions through papara.
2 - Request for an Official and Detailed Statement of Bitcoin Deposits
3 - Request for an official and certified copy of the agreement between me and IQ Option 4 - Formal Request for Call Recordings
5 - Official Request for Dispute Resolution and Fund Reimbursement
All of my official requests are included in PDF format in the attachments.
Despite submitting these requests, they have been completely ignored, and I have not received any official response or timeline for resolving these issues or providing the necessary documents. Furthermore, I have noticed that my account manager was removed, even though my account is a "VIP Diamond" account, which is considered the highest tier, and there have been clear breaches of terms and conditions,
