Through this letter, I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly. The requests that have not been responded to are as follows: 1 - As part of the initiation of legal proceedings - this is a formal request to obtain a detailed statement of financial transactions through papara. 2 - Request for an Official and Detailed Statement of Bitcoin Deposits 3 - Request for an official and certified copy of the agreement between me and IQ Option 4 - Formal Request for Call Recordings 5 - Official Request for Dispute Resolution and Fund Reimbursement All of my official requests are included in PDF format in the attachments. Despite submitting these requests, they have been completely ignored, and I have not received any official response or timeline for resolving these issues or providing the necessary documents. Furthermore, I have noticed that my account manager was removed, even though my account is a "VIP Diamond" account, which is considered the highest tier, and there have been clear breaches of terms and conditions, I kindly request a prompt resolution of these issues and would appreciate receiving an official response as soon as possible.
