I Submitted a Withdrawal on Expert Option but My Money Still Hasn’t Reached My Account
I submitted a withdrawal request on Expert Option for ₺872 on May 4, 2025. The system initially stated that the withdrawal was successfully processed and would be reflected in my account. However, as of today, the money is nowhere to be found. When I followed up, I was told it would be deposited within 15 business days — which is completely unreasonable for a basic financial transaction.
This is not the first time I’ve had to deal with delays on this platform, but this situation is unacceptable. It's my own money, and yet I'm being forced to wait weeks without any concrete explanation or confirmation. Support just tells me to "wait," and provides no documentation or real proof of processing.
I am growing more frustrated and concerned by the day. If this is how Expert Option treats its users, it raises serious questions about the reliability and transparency of their operations. I demand immediate clarification and the urgent transfer of my funds. If this issue is not resolved, I will be taking further steps to report this behavior to the appropriate authorities. Enough is enough — I just want my ₺872 back.
