I Deposited Twice to Expert Option but Funds Never Reached My Account

I’ve now deposited money twice into my Expert Option account, but the funds never appeared. It’s been days, and there’s still no update, no explanation, and absolutely no support from the help center. I transferred the money via IBAN, and each time, the money was deducted from my bank account, but nothing showed up in Expert Option.

This isn’t some shady gambling site—this is supposed to be a reliable trading platform. How can you operate like this, holding people’s money without confirming or crediting their accounts? It’s incredibly frustrating to have your funds disappear with no accountability or communication.

I’ve already experienced this twice, and yet no one from Expert Option has reached out or offered a real solution. I demand immediate clarification and that my deposited funds be credited or refunded without delay. If this isn’t resolved soon, I will be forced to report this as a financial misconduct issue to the relevant authorities.

We made three separate withdrawal requests of one thousand lira each, and only one thousand lira was deposited after a week. We are very disturbed by this situation.

May 24) 22:47, one thousand lira May 25) 00:18, one thousand lira May 25) 01:05, we requested a withdrawal of one thousand lira and one thousand lira was deposited into the account. My money has not been deposited.
