IQ Booster Account Deletion Error Prevents Subscription Cancellation

I use the IQ Booster app and would like to delete my account and cancel my subscription. Every time I select the option "Delete My Account", an error message appears and the process is not completed. Despite several attempts, I was therefore unable to delete my account myself. The subscription fees are collected via my PayPal account, and the last payment was debited on 02.08.2026. I request the immediate cancellation of my IQ Booster app subscription and the deletion of my user account, and I also ask you to stop any future debits via PayPal.
