Cancel Subscription Of MyIQ App
I recently discovered that I am being charged for a MyIQ subscription via my PayPal account, even though I never knowingly signed up for any subscription with this company. The first charge I noticed was on 21 April 2026, and I do not know what specific MyIQ product or service this relates to, as I have never intentionally started such a service. This is my first attempt to resolve the issue, and I am unsure how this subscription was created or how to cancel it. I am concerned about being charged for something I did not knowingly agree to and want this situation clarified and corrected as soon as possible. I request that the MyIQ subscription linked to my PayPal account be cancelled immediately and, if possible, that the payment already taken be refunded, along with confirmation that no further charges will be made.
