I Demand Refund for IQ Booster Buster Unauthorized Subscription Charges

I have an ongoing problem with the IQ Booster Buster monthly subscription that keeps taking money from my account without my consent. I do not remember when I started this subscription, and I have been unable to successfully unsubscribe from it. Despite my efforts, the charges continue. Most recently, an amount of $8.57 has been taken from my Chime account for “IQ buster bra / IQ Booster Buster” and similar charges around $9.99 have been withdrawn before. I do not want this subscription anymore, and I consider these ongoing withdrawals to be unauthorized. I have tried to get help both from IQ Booster Buster and through Chime customer service, but I have not received any effective support, and the charges have not stopped. I am requesting that this subscription be fully cancelled, that no further payments be taken from my Chime account, and that the unauthorized charges be refunded to me as much as possible.
