Today, 3 January 2026, I discovered that MY IQ.com has charged me 309 Norwegian kroner via PayPal for a subscription that I have never established or authorized. I have not knowingly created any subscription or given consent for recurring payments to this company. I have tried to contact MY IQ.com but have not been able to reach them, and I am also currently trying to resolve the situation with PayPal, which has been difficult. The transaction is visible in my PayPal account and has a transaction reference that I can provide upon request. I request an immediate full refund of the 309 NOK that was taken from my account and the complete removal of all my personal details and payment information from MY IQ.com’s systems. I also ask for clear written confirmation that any possible subscription is cancelled, that my data has been deleted, and that no further charges will be made to my PayPal account.
