IQ Booster Account Deletion Error Prevents Subscription Cancellation

I use the IQ Booster app and would like to delete my account and cancel my subscription. Every time I select the option ..."Delete My Account", an error message appears and the process is not completed. Despite several attempts, I was therefore unable to delete my account myself. The subscription fees
