I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges taken from my debit card by Myiq.com, even though I only intended to make a one‑time payment for an IQ test result. On 23 February 2026, I completed an IQ test on Myiq.com and paid two separate charges of $0.50 using my debit card ending in 3835. My clear understanding at that time was that this was a one‑time fee to access my test results. I did not see any information on the website about a monthly subscription, recurring payments, or an automatic renewal linked to this payment. Despite this, Myiq.com has since charged me two recurring subscription fees that I did not knowingly sign up for. I was charged $29.99 on 30 March 2026 and again $29.99 on 27 April 2026 in the United States. I did not authorize any subscription or ongoing membership, and I did not receive any clear or prominent notice that such charges would occur. I request that Myiq.com immediately cancel any subscription or recurring payment associated with my debit card ending in 3835 and confirm that no further charges will be made. In addition, I request a full refund of both unauthorized subscription charges of $29.99 dated 30 March 2026 and 27 April 2026, as these fees were never knowingly agreed to on my part. I expect you to investigate this situation, cancel the subscription, refund the two $29.99 charges, and provide written confirmation that my account has been closed and no further charges will occur.
