About a week ago, I purchased a simple IQ test result service for ₺25 from the IQ Boost website (transaction no: 4373809786). However, without my consent or authorization, a Premium membership was automatically activated on my account, showing a ₺2000 charge that I never approved. Although this amount has not yet been withdrawn, I have blocked my card to prevent any unauthorized payments.
I only used the service once to view my test results and never logged in again afterward. There is no option to cancel the membership through the app, and my bank also shows no active subscription linked to this transaction. I have not yet contacted customer support because there is no clear communication channel available.
I request that the unauthorized Premium subscription be canceled immediately and that the ₺2000 charge be completely voided. I expect IQ Boost to resolve this issue promptly and prevent similar unauthorized billing in the future.
