Iq Boost Charged ₺1870 Without Consent After ₺20 IQ Test Payment

I made a single ₺20 payment on the Iq Boost website just to receive my IQ test results as a certificate. That was supposed to be a one-time transaction. However, on June 13, 2025, I was shocked to discover that ₺1870 had been withdrawn from my credit card without any permission, notification, or warning.

I never requested a membership—let alone a “Premium” subscription. This charge was made without my knowledge, and I never agreed to any ongoing service. The platform silently enrolled me in something I didn’t authorize, and I only found out after checking my statement.

Immediately, I contacted Yapı Kredi Bank’s customer service and explained the situation, stating that this was a suspicious and unauthorized transaction. They assured me that the case would be investigated and placed under review.

This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable. Iq Boost should be held accountable for taking advantage of users by initiating hidden memberships and charging exorbitant fees without clear consent. I demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized ₺1870 and request that my data and account be permanently deleted from their system. Companies must stop exploiting users with sneaky billing tactics.
