I Face Unauthorized Charges from myiq.com After Taking an IQ Test

On September 27, 2025, I made a payment of ₺51.08 on the myiq.com website to receive the result of an IQ test. However, without any notification or consent from me, I was automatically registered as a member of the site. Then, on October 4, 2025, a total of ₺3,073.75 (₺1,539.22 and ₺1,534.53 in two separate transactions) was withdrawn from my card. These unauthorized charges apparently occurred because two memberships were created — one for me and one for my spouse, since we took the test together.

I never created any membership, never logged into the site, and do not have any membership number. Additionally, I did not contact the website about this matter, and I was never notified or informed about these charges. The last four digits of the card I used for payment are 7813.

I request that these unauthorized memberships be immediately canceled and that the total amount of ₺3,073.75, which was unfairly withdrawn from my card, be refunded as soon as possible.
